NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS
New patients to Muscle Medicine Melbourne will be required to pre-pay for their appointment to secure their appointment booked. A representative from Muscle Medicine Melbourne will contact patients to take payment over the phone. Tax invoices will be emailed to the patient upon payment.
CANCELLATION AND “NO SHOW” POLICY
Muscle Medicine Melbourne will charge a late cancellation fee and a “no show” fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and “no shows” fee will incur your booked full appointment fee (ie. 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 mins appointment fee that was booked originally – please check pricing guide).
This fee is non-refundable.
COVID-19 POLICY
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is the patient’s responsibility to advise us if you are unwell or sick. It is the patient’s responsibility to stay home and not attend the practice to avoid the spread of any sickness.
As per the government rules, face masks are required when attending our practice for treatment.
POLICY UPDATES
All policies found on our website may change from time to time and is available on our website.
OCCUPATIONAL AGGRESSION AND/OR VIOLENCE
As per WorkSafe, aggression and violence to health care workers are not acceptable. Muscle Medicine Melbourne will not tolerate any aggression and/or violence from any patients, their family, friends and even bystanders.
Any patients who inflict this behaviour will be required to leave the premise and will be excluded making future appointments.
Any aggression and violence at Muscle Medicine Melbourne clinics will be reported to relevant bodies of government including the State Police.
